We aim to provide support to vulnerable households living in poverty rural communities. Our focus is on helping vulnerable households living in poverty to overcome the many disadvantages caused by poverty. We will be targeting the following persons: (i) the elderly; (ii) people with a disability; (iii) the seriously ill; (iv) the recently bereaved; (v) single parent families; (vi) pregnant women; and (vii) unemployed people;
