Sophia conducts qualitative and quantitative research on rural communities to help Menroi to better understand and support the needs, desires and challenges of the less privileged in the communities. She studied BSc Computer Science at University of Mkar, Gboko and is currently undergoing a master’s program in Computer Networks at University of Calabar, Nigeria. She has worked with four organizations as a Marketing Executive (La-Shakara Clothing and Branding, New Idea Management Consultancy, Jumia.ng and Oriflame Sweden) and currently rendering Consultancy Services at an IT firm (New Horizons Systems Solution) in Abuja. Sophia has served in various leadership capacities including: Vice President of Press and Drug Free Clubs, Vice President of CDS Group (NYSC), President of Bristow Alumni (BAA2010) among others
