Kohol Shadrach Iornem, PhD, is a senior lecturer at the International Foundation Group where he teaches Business Management and Organisational Behaviour. He is also the Director of
Programmes at the London Graduate School. Kohol has authored two books viz. A SOCIAL SCIENCE STUDENT’S GUIDE TO SURVIVING YOUR PHD and JOB SATISFACTION AND TURNOVER INTENTIONS AMONG
UNIVERSITY LECTURERS IN NIGERIA. His works have already been cited. He has published articles in peer-reviewed journals and presented papers at academic conferences like the British
Academy of Management. He also chaired conference sessions for the Human Resource Management track and the Organisational Transformation, Change and Development track at the British
Academy of Management in 2018. Kohol has earned academic degrees in several disciplines. He holds a PhD in Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University. He obtained an MBA from the
University of Wales Institute Cardiff. He earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from the Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria. Kohol has gained proven leadership
experience in his tenure as President of the Mutual Union of Tiv in the United Kingdom (MUTUK) – a registered charitable organization. He enjoys promoting and enhancing the socio-economic
and cultural development of Tiv people in the United Kingdom and supporting similar advancements in Tivland in Nigeria
